Our Full Planning and Design Experience is inclusive of planning, design, and management. Our minimum offering is wedding management, and you can choose to build upon that to fit your specific needs.
Planning
In our planning offering, your dedicated planner takes the lead in sourcing vendors that best fit your desired style and allocated budget. Using our extensive network of venue and vendor partners, we will assist you in finding a team of professionals that you can trust.
We take pride in our ability to adapt to each and every unique wedding that we take on, curating every planning experience to match the couple we are serving.
Your planner will guide you every step of the way with budget creation and management, planning checklists, vendor selection and booking, and logistical expertise.

We begin your design process with an initial meeting to learn everything we can about what you're hoping to see in your wedding, after which we will create your initial design board. Once you approve the design direction, we will move into a comprehensive research process to present you with the best design possibilities and vendor team.

When I first started wedding planning and following IGs for inspo, I stumbled on Sirpilla Soirees and thought they planned the PERFECT weddings. Then, enter Kate - a literal superhero. I was able to book Kate for my vision board and month of planning. At our vision board meeting, Kate took so much time to understand exactly what I was envisioning for my day. She also helped me to find things like chair rentals and bridesmaids dresses. She honestly went above and beyond just the vision board and really helped me to nail down some things on my to do list, even before the month of planning began. And then the month of she made everything a breeze for me!! She took over everything, coordinated it all, made a perfectly thought out timeline. She was an absolute SAVIOR. And last, but certainly not least, the actual wedding day WAS PHENOMENAL. I seriously don't know how she pulled it off but her and her 2 assistants literally put together the most magazine cover, picture perfect reception. I cried when I saw it all out together, it was absolutely stunning. Kate also made sure the entire day ran smoothly, kept us on our timeline, and made sure I didn't have to lift a finger. On the day of, our team provides a calming presence while ensuring that all details meet or exceed the Sirpilla Soirees standard. Your wedding day is one of life's biggest milestones, and we always treat it as such.
Management
From the beginning I knew Megan and Sirpilla Soirées was going to make my day beyond perfect! When I first met with Megan, she had a calming reassurance about her. She listened to exactly what I wanted and only made my vision better, not to mention being on top of every detail you could think of. I was worried with hiring a coordinator I wouldn’t get to plan out all the details of my day; I couldn’t have been more wrong. Megan worked with me (and my fiancé when he was needed) hand in hand to design my dream day. The timeline was flawlessly put together with cushion room because she knew we would need it. She kept me calm and reassured me throughout working with her; if there was an issue she would take care of it, this day was going to be perfect. Megan was right and didn’t disappoint! The day was all I had dreamed of and more. I had the time of my life and didn’t have to stress about a thing because she and her team were taking care of it. My advice? With Sirpilla Soirees, you will work side by side with a dedicated wedding planner and designer throughout your process. Each planner on our team takes only one wedding a weekend, and a limited number of weddings per year, to ensure that our clients are getting the attention and commitment they deserve.

The Cost of Production
Our production fee is inclusive of the time dedicated to all planning meetings, the creation of your perfect wedding vision, communication with your vendors, and any other day to day tasks associated with planning your big day. Billing a percentage of the overall spend allows us to take on a limited number of weddings per year so that our clients receive exclusive, focused efforts from their lead planner.

CONSULTATION | CONTRACT | GETTING STARTED
After reading through this investment guide, if you feel that our company's processes and values align with what you're looking for in a wedding planner, we would love to meet you in a complimentary consultation! During your consultation, we will chat about our offerings and answer any questions you may have to ensure that we are a perfect, mutual fit.
Once we connect and decide that we would be a great team for your day, we will send you a formal proposal for your chosen planning experience along with a contract. Once the contract and retainer are secured, you are officially booked as a Sirpilla Soirees couple!
We will kick off your planning process with an initial questionnaire to gather general contact and wedding information. Your planner will then lead you through the rest of your wedding planning with ease and excitement.
You can trust us to always have your best interest in mind when leading you through your wedding planning process. We take pride in being not only your wedding planner, but a friend to you and your loved ones as you celebrate such an exciting life event. We can't wait to work with you!
