Nicole Sirpilla 

Nicole Sirpilla Patterson has been in the event industry for over 12 years. From working at venues in Northeast Ohio & on the east coast, to planning weddings on New England’s Cape Cod, to working for a luxury floral designer in Baltimore Maryland, to a bridal stylist in Georgetown, to planning corporate events all over the country has led her to where she is today.

She leads a team of four and together they have the honor of planning & designing some of the most beautiful weddings in northeast Ohio. 

Nicole is known for having a smile on her face on wedding days regardless of how stressful things may be. She’s also a proud working mom and feels fortunate to be able to chase her dreams while maintaining a work life balance that she loves. Martina brings a thoughtful eye for design and a calm, capable presence to every celebration. Before joining Sirpilla Soirées, she worked in visual merchandising for Anthropologie and Bath & Body Works and spent weekends designing florals and creating installations with a Columbus florist. Today, she supports our couples through planning details, timelines, communication, and wedding-day logistics — often anticipating what is needed before anyone has to ask. Having planned her own Sarasota wedding through Tropical Storm Nestor, Martina knows firsthand how to stay grounded when the unexpected happens and keep the focus exactly where it belongs: on the celebration.
