Nicole Sirpilla 

Nicole Sirpilla Patterson has been in the event industry for over 12 years. From working at venues in Northeast Ohio & on the east coast, to planning weddings on New England’s Cape Cod, to working for a luxury floral designer in Baltimore Maryland, to a bridal stylist in Georgetown, to planning corporate events all over the country has led her to where she is today.

She leads a team of four and together they have the honor of planning & designing some of the most beautiful weddings in northeast Ohio. 

Nicole is known for having a smile on her face on wedding days regardless of how stressful things may be. She’s also a proud working mom and feels fortunate to be able to chase her dreams while maintaining a work life balance that she loves. Audrey

Audrey has been with our team since January 2023 and honestly, it’s hard to imagine how we did it all before she came along! She is extremely detail oriented & her eye for design is like no other. Audrey is involved in the planning process for all design & full planning clients, bringing each client's vision to life while leading the design process as Sirpilla Soirées Creative Coordinator. We promise you’ll love her as well as all of the out of the box, personally curated ideas that she comes up with! 

Brennan

To know Brennan is to love her. She is wonderful at building relationships with our vendor partners and her clients. She’s known to go the extra mile & her clients always say they have no idea how they’d be planning their wedding without her. Brennan has been apart of our team since 2021 and it’s hard to remember a time when Brennan wasn’t on our team. Brennan specializes in design & coordination as well as full service planning and design. 

megan

Megan has been in the wedding & event space for 15 years. Prior to working at Sirpilla Soirées she planned weddings for a planning team out of Florida & worked for a well known venue once she moved back to Ohio, which is where Megan & Nicole crossed paths. She loves her hometown couples in Ohio but also is down for a good waterfront wedding along the coast of Florida. Megan is organized, reliable, & has the best one liners out there. Megan offers coordination, design & coordination, & full service planning. 

Kelly 

Kelly has been with our team for about a year & we are so happy to have her! She comes to us with years of experience in the industry. In her past, she planned beautiful weddings in Italy & in Southern Ohio.  She always comes dressed to impress & aims to please. Kelly has quickly become our go-to girl for coordination services! If you’re looking for someone to tie up the loose ends for your wedding, Kelly will have you covered & we cannot wait for you to meet her.
